TagoClip Pro
The FL clipper, everywhere.
Same curve, modern engine. The FL soft clip sound with true peak control, mono low end and level-matched A/B, in every DAW.
Hear it
Same master, same peak level. The clipper takes the peaks, so everything else comes up. Hit play, then switch while it runs.
The signal path
In to out, in this order. The ceiling always comes last, so nothing gets past it.

FAQ
Who makes this?
Me, Robin Busse. I'm finishing my B.Eng in audio engineering, I've produced and mixed hip-hop and trap for over seven years, and I write the DSP myself. The Fruity curve wasn't eyeballed: I measured the FL soft clipper until the clone matched it down to float noise.
How is it different from TagoClip Free?
Free stays free: the FL curve plus hard and tanh, oversampling, delta listening and mono low end. Pro runs the curves on a newer engine with ADAA up to 4x against aliasing, adds a true peak ceiling as the very last stage, and level-matched auto gain, in a new interface.
Does it sound like the FL soft clipper?
The Fruity curve is the FL soft clip, measured and cloned. Brick and Silky are there for when you want it harder or rounder.
Do I need FL Studio?
No. It runs in any DAW that loads AU or VST3 on macOS, or VST3 on Windows.
Does it work in Pro Tools?
Not yet. AAX support is planned and I'm working on it. It will come as a free update, like every 1.x update.
Why does the true peak ceiling sit after the mix?
So nothing gets past it. Mix, auto gain and output can move wherever you like, the ceiling still holds.
What does auto gain actually do?
It takes back the level the drive adds, so switching the plugin on and off compares the sound, not the loudness. Louder always sounds better at first, auto gain takes that trick out.
How does the trial work?
Seven days with every feature and no account. After that it needs a license.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once and keep it, with 3 activations.
